Why are memberships moving from Square to the website?

We’re moving memberships to our website so everything lives in one place — memberships, events, ticket access, and future perks. It also gives us more flexibility to improve things over time.


Can my existing Square membership be transferred automatically?

Unfortunately, no. Payment systems don’t allow active subscriptions or payment details to be moved between platforms for security reasons.


What happens to my current Square membership?

Your Square membership will run until the end of your current billing period, and then it will stop. You won’t be charged again on Square.


Will I be charged twice?

No — as long as you rejoin on the website after or close to the end of your Square billing period. If you’re unsure, just ask us and we’ll help you time it properly.


How do I continue my membership?

You’ll just need to sign up again on our website using the new system: https://dicedicebabyshop.com/8506-2/ It only takes a minute, and all current membership perks carry over.


Do I lose any time I’ve already paid for?

No. You’ll keep your Square membership benefits until that billing period ends.
If anything looks off, message us and we’ll sort it — we promise to be fair.


Are the membership perks changing?

The core perks stay the same, and in some cases are clearer and better defined:

  • Adventurer focuses on table play + events

  • Champion gets earliest access and extra value


Do I need a website account now?

Yes — memberships are now tied to a website account. This lets us:

  • manage early ticket access

  • offer member-only pages

  • improve things like discounts and perks in future


What if I don’t want to rejoin right now?

That’s totally fine. Memberships are optional, and you’re always welcome in the shop and pay as you play.
You can rejoin at any time in the future.


Who do I talk to if I’m confused or something goes wrong?

Just message us on Discord, reply to your email, or grab one of us in-store.
We’ll always help you through it.

Where are you?

We’re based just outside of Shipley, near Fox’s Corner — only a few doors down from Whittakers Uniform Shop. You can easily reach us by train (we’re just a 3-minute walk from the station), by bus (there’s a stop right outside the shop), or by car — with parking available at the end of the road.

How can I enhance the experience?

Add snacks, drinks, and the right ambiance. Simple details can elevate your game night into something special for everyone.

Are your games family-friendly?

Absolutely! We ensure that our game selections cater to all ages, making sure everyone enjoys the fun.

Can I just walk in without booking?

Definitely! Though I would recommend booking as we can get very busy during certain events.

What’s the best way to choose games?

Consider the interests of your group and pick a variety of games that match preferences. A mix keeps everyone engaged!

Can i bring my own food? What snacks are best for game nights?

You can’t bring in your own food but we do serve Finger foods like crisps, popcorn, Nachos and hot dogs which are hits.
